1. RECEPTION STATION

FFB (fresh fruit bunch) is send to weighting bridge, after that go to loading ramp.
There is kind of FFB :
1. Unripe bunch
2. Under ripe bunch
3. Ripe bunch
4. Over ripe bunch
5. Empty Bunch
6. Old crop
7. Long stalk bunch

2.STERILISATION STATION

Name of machine : sterilizer
Function :
•To Release Nut from Bunches
•Prevention of any further rise in FFA (Free fatty acid)
•Preparation of the fruit mesocarp for  subsequent processing

3.THRESHING  STATION

Function :
Separetely  fruit   from  bunch

4. PRESSING  STATION

Function :
* for digest   fruit 
*maximize oil extration with minimize broken nut
* for breakpress cake before depericarping

5.CLARIFICATION  STATION

* Vibrating screen   :   Separately  crude oil  from dirt
* Clarifier tank : To collect oil  from   crude oil  using  continuous settling  tank
*Decanter : to collect  oil  from  sludge  using  decanter.
*Purifier : to purification  oil
*Vacum  dryer : Decrease  moisture

6.STORAGE  TANK

To  keep  with  controling of  quality
Moisture  =  0.18%
Dirt =  0.02 %
Dobi = 2.3%
FFA = 3%

7.DEPERICARPING  (KERNEL    RECOVERY    STATION) 
*Separetely  Fibre  &  Nut
*To clean up nut   from  fibre 

8.NUT  CRACKER/REFLEMILL

*To crack  nut  to get  broken  nut

9.WINNOWER   CYCLONE 

*To separate  kernel  from  shell  with  pnematic  system

10.HYDRO CLAYBATH

*Separate kernel and  shell  using  hydro claybath

11.DRYER 

*To dry &   keeping  kernel

12.SILO 

* To keep kernel   for  despatch

* Dirt  = 7 %

*Moisture = 7%

 *FFA =  5%
